safe steps Family Violence Response Centre is Victoria’s state-wide 24/7 service for women and their children experiencing family violence. We are the central point of contact for the specialist family violence service system across Victoria, providing immediate support, risk assessments, safety planning, emergency accommodation, information, advocacy and referrals to women and children experiencing abuse.
